AUSTIN, Texas (October 13, 2025) – Doofus Corporation, a Delaware corporation (“Doofus” or the “Corporation”), is pleased to announce the appointment of Theodora Saviolakis as Secretary of the Corporation, effective immediately. In this role, she will oversee corporate affairs, including governance, regulatory compliance, and policy administration, supporting Doofus’ ongoing commitment to strong corporate governance and ethical business practices.
Theodora brings more than 27 years of legal support experience and an extensive background in corporate compliance, data privacy, and regulatory governance. As Founder of 1-Compliance LLC, she has designed and implemented compliance programs for small businesses and nonprofits, developed privacy frameworks under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), and led initiatives in Anti-Money Laundering (AML), Know Your Customer (KYC), cybersecurity readiness, and ethics training.
Theodora holds a Master of Studies in Law (Corporate Compliance) from Fordham Law School, where she graduated cum laude, and a Bachelor of Professional Studies from the Metropolitan College of New York, also cum laude. She is an active member of the Society of Corporate Compliance and Ethics (SCCE) and the International Association of Privacy Professionals (IAPP).
