AUSTIN, Texas (April 14, 2026) – Doofus Corporation, a Delaware corporation (“Doofus” or the “Corporation”), announces its financial results for the fiscal year ended December 31, 2025.
The Corporation reported no revenue and a net loss of $450,115 for the year ended December 31, 2025, compared to a net loss of $108,825 for the year ended December 31, 2024. Net loss per share was $0.00076 (basic and diluted), compared to $0.00020 (basic and diluted) in the prior year.
The increase in net loss was primarily attributable to the recognition of an income tax expense of $220,608, compared to an income tax benefit of $70,224 in 2024. The 2025 income tax expense was driven by the establishment of a valuation allowance against deferred tax assets. In addition, the Corporation continued to invest in marketing initiatives, product development, and operational capabilities as it advances its strategic priorities and builds the foundation for long-term, sustainable growth.
The Corporation continues to focus on scaling its platform, enhancing its technology infrastructure, and advancing its go-to-market and operational capabilities to support future revenue generation.
